On January 10 Xiaomi announced the new smartphone with 48 megapixels. Although Xiaomi is yet to confirm the name of the 48 megapixels smartphone. The Chinese manufacturer also working on another device, that is Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. In 2018 Xiaomi was launched their Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro with Snapdragon 636. In the last half of 2018, Xiaomi was launched Redmi Note 6 Pro with the same Snapdragon 636 chipset. The company may skip the Redmi Note 6.
The Geekbench listings show that the upcoming Redmi Note 7 will come with the better chipset, that is Snapdragon 660 Chipset powered by Android 9 Pie out of the box. The listing also shows that the Redmi Note 7 will come with 6GB RAM. The Single-Core score is 1462 and the multi-core score is 4556. With this Snapdragon 660, Xiaomi was launched a few phones such as Mi Note 3, Mi A2 etc. So Redmi Note 7 is the upcoming smartphone powered by Snapdragon 660.
