Samsung announced their Samsung Galaxy A8S with Infinity-O Display. The front-facing camera is placed in a hole. The bottom chin is thick enough to notice. The Infinity-O Display is not the only attractive feature of the device. The device also carrying a triple rear camera with an interesting design. There is a colored ring around the middle sensor which looks cool. The gray variant of the device has a gold colored ring. The 3D glass at the rear side makes the device more attractive. The fingerprint is also placed at the back side of the Galaxy A8S. Samsung chooses Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor for this device. The interesting fact is that the device is the first Samsung Galaxy device that skips the 3.5mm audio jack. The hole is at the top-left position of the device and it’s pretty big. Samsung provides a 6.4-inch display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio in this Samsung Galaxy A8S. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and is powered by 3,300 mAh battery. As we mentioned above, the device features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor which is an octa-core upper mid-range processor. In terms of memory configuration, the device comes with 6GB and 8GB RAM options with a 128GB storage option. The highlighting point of the device is its cameras. So let’s talk about it.
The Samsung Galaxy A8S fitted with triple cameras at the back. The primary sensor is placed at the middle position and comes with a 24MP sensor. The aperture is f/1.7 here. The second sensor is a 10MP telephoto sensor that offers 2X optical Zoom. The third sensor is a 5MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture. This one is the depth sensor that helps at real-time portrait effect.
