In the middle of 2017, OnePlus Launched their flagship OnePlus 5 and to compete with it, Huawei launched their Honor 8 pro at affordable price. After 5 months, OnePlus again launched their another flagship with little minor changes OnePlus 5T. So, Huawei is going to give it a great competition with their upcoming Honor 9 Pro. Honor 8 pro is little cheaper than OnePlus 5. So, we can expect that Honor 9 Pro will be cheaper than OnePlus 5T. Honor 9 pro is actually Honor V10 that had launched in China. Huawei is going to launch Honor V10 in global markets in December but the name will be Honor 9 Pro.
Specifications of Honor 9 Pro:
This device will sport 5.99 inches of FullView display with Full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) resolution where Honor 8 Pro has a Quad HD (1440 x 2560 pixels) display. Honor 9 Pro will come with 18:9 aspect ratio where 8 Pro has 16:9 standard ratio. It means Honor 9 Pro has lesser bezels as compared to Honor 8 Pro.
In terms of hardware, It is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC with 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of inbuilt storage. The predecessor of this device brought HiSilicon Kirin 960 octa-core SoC with 6 GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage.
In terms of software, it runs on Android Oreo 8.0, EMUI 8.0 on top. This device has dual 20MP + 16MP rear camera with an aperture f/1.8. It offers 13MP of a single front camera for selfies. Huawei Honor 8 Pro also comes with dual 12 MP rear camera with an aperture f/2.2. This dual camera setup is capable of 4K Video recording @30fps. It has an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
It brings 3,750 mAh of battery with fast charging that is Huawei’s own 22.5W Honor SuperCharge. So, the battery is decreased here. Honor 8 Pro is backed by 4000 mAh with fast charging support.
