Honor 10 Officially Launched with Color-changing Back – Starting from 2599 yuan
After a lot of leaks and rumors, Today Huawei’s subbrand Honor launched their Honor 10 device in Shanghai. It comes with a color-changing curved glass back which is quite attractive, AI 2.0 and powered by Kirin 970 SoC. The Honor 10 uses a biaxial curved glass design that allows it to show off endless colors when it is viewed from different angles. Like the Huawei P20 series, the ‘Notch’ is also present here. It has front stealth fingerprints below the 5.8-inch display. The official said that it took time to build a mobile phone to create a back shell. It provides seagull gray, magical night black, phantom blue, and phantom violet color.
Honor 10 Price and Availability:
Honor 10 6GB+64GB variant costs 2599 yuan (roughly 26,000Rs.), 6GB+128GB variant costs 2999 yuan (roughly 30,000Rs.). The device will be available for buying at Huawei Mall, Official Honor stores at Jingdong, Tmall, and Suning. And its official sales will start on April 27 at 10:08 AM (local time).

The device comes with a 5.84-inch display with 19:9 aspect ratio and 2280 × 1080 pixels resolution. It runs on Android Oreo 8.1 with EMUI 8.1 on top. Like the Honor View 10, it is also powered by Huawei’s HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC with dedicated NPU and Mali G72 MP12 GPU. Honor 10 equipped with 6GB RAM with 64GB or 128GB internal storage.
In terms of camera, it features Dual 24MP + 16MP rear cameras, with aperture f/1.8, support dual-core phase focus, support for 22 types of tags, 500+ AI scene recognition, support for image semantic segmentation, intelligent identification of image content, Targeted tuning of different areas of the picture. It houses the same Sony IMX578 24-megapixel selfie camera that is available on the P20 series smartphones. It also carries support for AR stickers.
The battery capacity is 3400mAh here, support the 5V/4.5A super fast charge. The Honor 10 is packed with other usual features such as dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, USB-C port, GPS, and GLONASS. The handset lacks support for a 3.5mm audio jack which means there is only one port that can be used for charging as well as for connecting a wired headphone. For enhanced audio experience, it features an AK4376A Hi-Fi chip that carries support for 7.1 multi-channel immersive sound output.
